How to Utilize Dubsado's Scheduler
Are you checking multiple calendars to see if you have a time conflict?
Are you going back and forth with clients to see when you are both available for a meeting?
Do you have meetings scattered throughout the day/week that keep you away from completing projects and staying in the groove?
These are the 3 ways I use Dubsado to streamline my calendar:
I have set periods of time for specific things.
I only allow a certain amount of meetings on any given day.
I block out time specifically to work on projects to remain on task.
I allow time for personal things, such as lunch, exercise, coffee with a friend to keep my days from feeling monotonous and uninspirational.
I integrate my calendar
My husband and I have a shared calendar where we can put family appointments and important dates. I sync this up to the Dubsado scheduler so I never accidentally schedule a client meeting at the same time as my daughter’s doctor appointment.
After integrating a calendar, you can also add video conferencing. Example, I linked my google calendar, and I was able to add Google Meet as my video conferencing service. Now when clients book a meeting with me, they will be automatically sent a Google Meet link to the meeting.
I have preset meeting types that clients can book
Some of my meetings with clients are for 30 minutes, and some are for 3 hours. I have preset meeting types in my calendar so when the scheduler is emailed to a client to book a time that works for them, the meeting time is automatically the correct length.
Have you tried using Dubsado’s scheduler yet? Let me know in the comments.
