Hi, I’m Randi.

If 7 years of working in corporate business operations has taught me anything, it’s that it takes a village. Trust me, I get it. Your business is your baby and you want your hands in everything.

I take a methodical approach to everything in my life. As an Enneagram 6, aka “The Loyalist”, I pride myself on being dependable and 10 steps ahead at all times. Learning and growing is my M.O., as well as challenging the way things are done to find a more efficient solution.

When I’m not mentally taking things apart and putting them back together, I’m laughing with my husband, Aaron, wrangling my tenacious daughter, Gracie and going on long walks with my spirited puppy, Winnie. Quality time with loved ones is of the utmost importance to me.

And yes, my business is named after my furry friend. I am forever a realist and I admire her unfaltering optimism. She is my pesky, positive sidekick that always remains hopeful that we’re going to go to the park.
